Makes your plans on how to loss weight naturally and in healthy way .. Do not constraint yourself from eating food, just eliminate those fats and full of shit food. Do no think diet is all about stop eating .. This is totally wrong.

First of all, make sure you have a fixed time for your emails. The fixed time of meals will give your body signals when you will eat, and this will help with digestion since the body knows when you will eat and it will produce lot of enzymes to help your digestion process.

Reduce the amounts of these things: Sugar and Salt. This will help you.

Be discipline. Nothing can be achieved without discipline. If you want to lose your weight naturally, this is something you must have in your mind.

Alli Weight Loss

I never heard of Alli weight loss thingy.. when I do simple keyword search about weight loss at EzineArticles.com, I encountered this. And there's an inner voice asking me to read through the article. Basically I have no interest reading about weight loss medication using pills, I'm more interested into something to lose weight naturally, but Alli weight loss programme really grab my attention.

Alli is the first diet pills that has been approved by FDA to be sold over the counter. Alli is made by the company named Allion. There is where the name Alli comes I guess. Alli is believed, by some of its user, to be a program, not just merely diet pills that you just need to swallow. Why Alli is referred to as a program? The Alli starter kit has a plan that will suit you personally which means it is tailored to suit you, easy said, if you are in size of 32, then the starter kit give you size of 32.

So what Alli weight loss program do to make us lose weight? From my reading, the Alli will stop 25% of your eaten fat to be blocked. The fat will become undigested and it will not be absorbed by us, instead it will be passed out by our body naturally, yeah, in the toilet. The Alli ingredients will attach to the enzymes in your intestines that the job is to break down fat from food so that your body will be able to absorb that fat, but this Alli's guy will prevent those enzymes doing their job, not all, just quarter of them. If all fat will be blocked, I wonder how can we survive during winter.

Simple Tips to Lose Weight

How to lose weight without go into diet? Actually its very simple and it just need some time of our own. I wonder how we can spend time watching a good for nothing TV show but can't kick our arse off for building muscles and having 6 pack abs, though the latter one is what we always wanted.

So here some basic principles on how to naturally lose your weight and become gorgeous muscular man or girl, and can easily pick a girl (or guy) just by showing your body.

1. Get your arse off of bed or sofa, not forever, but 15-30min per day. Do simple jogging. If you are too lazy to get to the park, just jog around your house. Start moving your muscle man, or else you'd end up being a fat lazy man who has no girls around. No girls no sex. Which one do you want?

2. Do not rush or push yourself too much. Just do the exercises step by step. DO NOT start exercising by jogging 10km if you haven't exercise for 10 years. Relax man. Do it step by step. Maybe for starter you can jog for about 10min, and then slowly increase the time or distance. Basically when you rush things up, your body cannot cope with you and this will leave negative impacts on your body. Just relax, enjoy the process of turning yourself from some fat big lazy guy into charming gorgeous muscular man, you gonna miss that.

3. To naturally lose your weight doesn't mean you need to stop yourself from eating. This is not right man, enjoy life when you still can. Eat whatever you want when you still in good health. The right thing about losing your weight naturally is choosing the right food. What i mean by the right food is choose food that has low sugar content, low salt, less oil and high nutrition. I shouldn't go into details why we have to avoid it, generally we all know why. To make it even better, just cook your meal by yourself. Cooking is another method of exercising. You cook you sweat. Sweating means metabolism is taking place in your body, and hence, you gonna lose your weight naturally.

Hey All

Hey all, this would be my first posting here in this blog. A day to memorize. So basically this blog will tell you how to lose your weight naturally. Not by some medications or pills or etc, though some natural pills will come later on if it is proven to make you slim again naturally.

So what I had in mind now is to share with you guys some tips on how to lose weight naturally. This tips are basically from old saying from some cultures throughout the world.
