Simple Tips to Lose Weight

How to lose weight without go into diet? Actually its very simple and it just need some time of our own. I wonder how we can spend time watching a good for nothing TV show but can't kick our arse off for building muscles and having 6 pack abs, though the latter one is what we always wanted.

So here some basic principles on how to naturally lose your weight and become gorgeous muscular man or girl, and can easily pick a girl (or guy) just by showing your body.

1. Get your arse off of bed or sofa, not forever, but 15-30min per day. Do simple jogging. If you are too lazy to get to the park, just jog around your house. Start moving your muscle man, or else you'd end up being a fat lazy man who has no girls around. No girls no sex. Which one do you want?

2. Do not rush or push yourself too much. Just do the exercises step by step. DO NOT start exercising by jogging 10km if you haven't exercise for 10 years. Relax man. Do it step by step. Maybe for starter you can jog for about 10min, and then slowly increase the time or distance. Basically when you rush things up, your body cannot cope with you and this will leave negative impacts on your body. Just relax, enjoy the process of turning yourself from some fat big lazy guy into charming gorgeous muscular man, you gonna miss that.

3. To naturally lose your weight doesn't mean you need to stop yourself from eating. This is not right man, enjoy life when you still can. Eat whatever you want when you still in good health. The right thing about losing your weight naturally is choosing the right food. What i mean by the right food is choose food that has low sugar content, low salt, less oil and high nutrition. I shouldn't go into details why we have to avoid it, generally we all know why. To make it even better, just cook your meal by yourself. Cooking is another method of exercising. You cook you sweat. Sweating means metabolism is taking place in your body, and hence, you gonna lose your weight naturally.
